Positioning and Mission Statement

The world finds itself in a state of polarization, increasing segregation and general unrest. A powerful regenerative impulse is needed to change the status quo of mother earth – and with it human society – so as to avoid catastrophic developments already not only looming on the horizon.

2 in1 is the paramount concept for comprehensive unity and the overcoming of that dualistic approach embodied by science and technology instrumentalized for the sake of profits for a few and the enslavement of the many while exploiting nature’s resources over the limits.

The Institute is to serve the identification, vetting and promotion of present and future developments in science and technology which are geared towards a healthy environment and society,  a healthy body and a healthy mind. Furthermore, the institute with a group of outstanding member scientists engages in basic scientific research (Grundlagenforschung) with a view to possible applications by corresponding start-ups already identified or to be formed. Resulting from the above, the Institute shall play a major role in facilitating financing of its projects and associated start-ups as a not-for-profit, tax-exempt and neutral entity.

In a first step, 2 in1 is formed under the umbrella of Fondation-GHF The Giraffe Heroes Foundation, Basel to whose principles of conduct it adheres.
